Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote MindChamps’ offerings, managing customer relationships, leading sales efforts, and conducting training sessions for team members. The role also involves creating and executing initiatives to drive enrollment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the alignment of all marketing efforts with the organization's values and goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Proven ability with Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets Experience in conducting Training sessions and supporting team development Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a goal-oriented mindset Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage Understanding of the education industry or prior experience in similar roles is beneficial
