About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Marketing Officer to lead and inspire our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing strategies, driving campaigns, and ensuring that sales and marketing targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance goals.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies (digital & offline).
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies and activities.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing leadership.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
