About the role We are seeking a talented and passionate Community Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Hookah Place Partnership in Badung, Bali. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative community engagement strategies to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.
What you'll be doing
Devise and implement comprehensive community marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing objectives
Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and strategic partners to amplify our brand presence
Organise engaging events, workshops, and activations to foster a strong community around our products and services
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community marketing to continually improve our approach
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in community marketing or a related field
Proven track record of developing and executing successful community engagement campaigns
Bring community/people to our venue in Canggu
Creativity and strategic thinking to develop sales, out-of-the-box community marketing initiatives
Strong analytical skills to track and measure the impact of community marketing efforts
Familiarity with the local Bali F&B community, Shisha community, is a MUST.
