What you will do
Develop new sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable bereavement and pre-planning solutions.
Manage enquiries and follow up promptly to convert prospects into confirmed sales.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with families, clients, and referral partners.
Work closely with internal teams and service partners to ensure smooth coordination and excellent service delivery.
Support marketing and outreach efforts to strengthen brand presence and market reach in Singapore.
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities.
What we are looking for
Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
Strong learning attitude, self-discipline, and a willingness to put in the work needed to succeed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and respectfully.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin; local dialects will be an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Comfortable travelling within Singapore.
Open to working on some weekends and public holidays when required.
