This role is suitable for someone who is responsible, willing to learn, and able to work alone in the office.
Job Scope:
• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Handle basic sales enquiries and recommend suitable products
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and technicians
• Simple showroom duties and customer walk-ins
• Assist with day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Comfortable talking to customers
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• Prior sales/customer service experience is a bonus
