Sales Admin – ACMV Field (Job Scope)
Main Role:
Support the sales team with documentation, coordination, and administrative work related to ACMV projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders for ACMV projects
Handle purchase orders (PO), invoices, delivery orders, and sales documents
Coordinate with sales engineers, project team, suppliers, and clients
Follow up on pricing, approvals, and project status
Maintain customer database, sales records, and filing systems
Assist in contract documentation and variation orders
Schedule meetings and support sales presentations
Handle basic after-sales support and customer inquiries
Skills Needed:
Knowledge of ACMV systems (chillers, AHU, FCU, ducting, VRV/VRF is a plus)
Good documentation & coordination skills
Proficient in Excel / Word / email
Detail-oriented and organized
Sales Outdoor / Sales Engineer – ACMV Field (Job Scope)
Main Role:
Generate sales by meeting clients, understanding project needs, and promoting ACMV solutions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new clients & projects (commercial, industrial, residential)
Conduct site visits to understand ACMV requirements
Prepare and present technical & commercial proposals
Liaise with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Work closely with engineering & project teams for technical support
Follow up on tenders, project progress, and payments
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Attend client meetings, inspections, and handover sessions
Skills Needed:
Strong knowledge of ACMV systems & solutions
Good communication & negotiation skills
Able to read basic drawings and specifications
Willing to travel / site-based work
Self-driven and target-oriented
