Sales Admin Assistant/Officer Wanted at Servo Dynamics!
We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant/Officer to support our Sales Team.
Key responsibilities include:
Process, monitor and follow up on Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
Liaise with Customers and Principals on order status
Collaborate and co-ordinate with relevant parties and team members to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
Prepare Delivery Orders, Tax Invoices and relevant shipping documents
Any other administration duties
Experience in SAP is an advantage
Requirements:
0/A Level or Diploma
Minimum 1 year's working experience.
Entry-level candidates will be considered
Fluent in English, both oral and written and/or Spoken Chinese (to understand and handle Chinese language-related documents and to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts for business purposes)
Proficient with Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Customer-driven and service-oriented.
Pro-active, highly organized, meticulous and must be a good team player.
Disciplined, hardworking and able to multi-task and perform under pressure
