- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and roast a variety of meats, including poultry, beef, lamb, pork, and other cuts, using ovens, spit-roasters, bbq, and grills
Maintain consistent cooking times, temperatures, and quality for roasted items
Ensure proper seasoning and flavor profiles for all roasted dishes
Prepare sauces, gravies, and accompaniments to complement roasted meats
Monitor and maintain the roasting equipment and work area, ensuring cleanliness and safety
Manage inventory and ensure that roasted meats are appropriately stored and rotated to maintain freshness
Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation of menu items
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in roasting techniques and safety procedures
Assist with menu planning, seasonal changes, and creating new roasted dishes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Roast Chef, BBQ or in a similar role within a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of roasting techniques and meat preparation
Proficiency in operating various roasting equipment, including ovens and spit-roasters
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours
Strong teamwork and communication skills
