Position: REVIT Drafter (EXPERIENCES IN METAL WORKS)

Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepare shop drawings , fabricate drawing , As-built drawings

· Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques

· Assist in general quantity surveying duties such aspre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries& procurement.

· Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors ,vendors and supplier’s obligations.

·Candidate must possesses Steel Structures and/or related experience.

·Liaise and coordinate with consultants, client, main contractor, other contractor and authority

·Manage site supervisor and workers to perform according to planning

·To review the shop drawings before submitting to consultants for final approval.

·To coordinate with design consultants for structural submissions to relevant Authorities.

·To review structural submission drawings and design reports prepared by consultants in terms of feasibility for construction.

·To assist the Project Manager in the daily activities of work

·Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules

Maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reports.

·To ensure all Authorities procedures and information are properly document

·To ensure documents and drawings are kept both in hard and soft copy and in a timely and proper manage

·Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delay.

·Drawings, shop drawings , pre-drawing preparation and submission in a timely and in accordance to the requirement or instructions of the Manage

·Monitor and control master programmer

·Maintains an organized and safe work place

·Report to Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations

·Any other tasks and duties as instructed by the management.

·Understand well construction drawing

Requirements:

· Diploma/ Bachelor in construction-related , civil engineering field

· Experience

· Good Communications skill

· Knowledge of structural will be beneficial

· Academic in relevant structure steel , building/engineering

· Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works an advantage

· Proficiency in REVIT Sofware , AEC , Tekla Software , Autocad ,

· Able to work on Multiple projects, Within simultaneous timeline

· Highly motivated Responsible & team player with good interpersonal skill

· Working Hour: Mon-Fri(9am to 6pm) , Sat (Half Day)
