Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bali, Indonesia. The Retired role involves the day-to-day sharing of wisdom, mentorship, and collaboration with up-and-coming artists and creative individuals within the organization. The role also includes overseeing and contributing to various artistic projects, offering guidance on strategy, and fostering a supportive and inspiring environment to help artists achieve their creative goals. Qualifications Experience in mentorship, guidance, or leadership roles in the creative field Expertise in artistic disciplines, such as visual arts, music, filmmaking, or writing Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate others Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams of artists and creators Organizational skills and experience in project management would be beneficial Passion for nurturing talent and contributing to the creative community
