2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

3. Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Development in retail sector.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Having ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customer.

6. Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market trends.

7. Have a potential customer database.

8. Willing to be placed in North Jakarta or mobile.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the retail sector.

2. Manage and generate new customers.

3. Building the pipeline of category by list-downing and analyze the potential clients.

4. Generate daily report for potential clients performance to top level management.

5. Conduct accurate market research to support sales program & strategy.

6. Acquire and convert potential clients in Indonesia.
