Emba Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Specialist to enhance in-store performance and strengthen our retail presence. This role is essential in executing retail marketing initiatives, maintain and build stores, as well as contact stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement retail marketing strategies across channels in shopping malls

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve positioning.

Lead and guide field teams (VM Specialist) to ensure strong execution of in-store marketing activities.

Define and track KPIs related to store audits, display compliance, and visit frequency.

Conduct regular store visits to uphold execution standards and compliance.

Analyze and report on store performance, campaign effectiveness, and display ROI.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.

4–5 years of experience in retail marketing, merchandising, field operations, or related roles.

Strong understanding of retail marketing execution and visual merchandising principles.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/dashboard).

Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong sense of branding and understanding of retail customer experience.
