About the role
d'skin Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in the Seletar North-East Region. As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional front-office support and creating a warm and welcoming environment. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills within a dynamic, growing company.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming all clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming calls, emails and messages, and providing prompt and courteous responses
Scheduling and managing appointments, and ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable
Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the beauty or retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients
Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Proficient in using standard office software and technology
A friendly, professional and helpful attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
