• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per bulan

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

English speaking is a must

Discipline and honest

Basic photography and content creation skills

Familiar with social media management including Canva

Basic math and computer skills (word, excel)

Passion for interior design and home styling is a bonus

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity

Maintain the visual appearance of the showroom, including product displays and cleanliness

Process transactions accurately

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and care
