Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or F&B Service Management.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant/F&B Service Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
Proficient in active English; other foreign languages are an added advantage.
Possesses administrative and reporting skills (sales reports, guest feedback, staff rosters).
Understands upselling & cross-selling strategies (beverages, side dishes, wine, dessert).
Has in-depth knowledge of buffet and à la carte menus, food and beverage pairing, and room service standards.
Capable of managing the service flow in outlets & room service, monitoring the POS system, cash control, and daily inventory.
Handles guest complaints/VIP guests with 5-star hospitality standards.
Understands and is proficient in using the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system for order input, billing, revenue monitoring, and preparing daily reports.
Able to perform supervision, coaching, empowerment, and team coordination.
Responsive and quick in handling guest requests by delivering timely and appropriate service.
Has strong menu knowledge (ingredients, pairing recommendations, selling points), enabling effective upselling & cross-selling to achieve restaurant sales targets.
