- Selasa: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Kamis: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Jum'at: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Minggu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp7,000,000 per bulan
Responsibilities for Restaurant Managers
- Recruit, train and supervise restaurant employees
- Create staff schedules to ensure proper staffing
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as needed
- Taking ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
- Handling customer needs, comments, and complaints
- Adhering to and enforcing employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensuring all employees work according to established operating standards
Qualifications for Restaurant Manager
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred
- 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required
- Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage operating expenses within budget
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
