Tropical Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Coco Bistro Kuta As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance. This is a full-time position based in our vibrant seaside location.
Recruitements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to manage daily operations and team performance.
Candidates currently based in Bali will be prioritized.
Qualifications:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team effectively.
Resolve guest complaints and operational matters in a professional manner.
Monitor sales performance, inventory control, budgeting, and overall operational efficiency.
