Job Description :
Oversee the operations of the restaurant
Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Job Spec :
Bachelor degree in hospitality management or related
4+ years of experience in restaurant management
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of financial management
Good communication skills
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Self motivated and energetic
Well presented and professionally groomed at all times
