We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team! If you are passionate about hospitality, customer satisfaction, and leading a successful team, we want to hear from you.

Location : Brunch Club Pererenan

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH coordination.

Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest experience.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet performance goals and uphold company values.

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Monitor and control operational costs and budgets.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

Good understanding of restaurant operations and financial controls.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with POS systems (ESB) is a plus.

Fluent in English;

Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
