- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per bulan
What You’ll Do:
Handle guest check-in and check-out with professionalism and care
Manage reservations via phone, email, and OTA platforms
Process payments accurately and assist with billing needs
Provide helpful, friendly service to ensure guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in Front Desk or Reservations
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Familiar with hotel management systems & OTA platforms
Friendly, well-groomed, and show up with good energy
