Job description for Renovation Project Manager at Persqft Pte Ltd
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be managing around 4 to 6 renovation projects per month, with responsibilities including:
Providing site updates
Coordinating with suppliers
Managing site workers and schedules
Following up on project progress
Ensuring tasks are completed properly and on time
Updating project information through our in-house project management system
We are a fully digital company, so most task updates, project tracking, approvals, and coordination are done online through our internal system. This helps make project management clearer, faster, and more organised.

Requirements
No experience required
Renovation, interior design, construction, or site experience is a bonus
Responsible and willing to learn
Able to coordinate with suppliers, workers, and clients
Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
Good communication and follow-up skills
Annual performance bonus:
Eligible for a 12-month project-handling bonus, based on total projects handled within each 12-month period, up to $8,000.
