Joyson Pte Ltd is an established healthcare company based in Singapore, supporting a diverse product portfolio that includes pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health supplements, and cosmetic products. With steady business growth and an expanding range of regulated products, we are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Assistant to support regulatory submissions, product registrations, and ongoing compliance activities.
This role is well-suited for entry‑level or early‑career professionals who are keen to build hands-on regulatory experience within Singapore’s healthcare regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Submissions & Product Registration
Assist with the registration, renewal, and variation of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health supplements, and cosmetic products
Support preparation, compilation, and submission of regulatory documents to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA)
Liaise with HSA on application status, clarifications, and regulatory queries under guidance
Track submission timelines, approvals, renewals, and regulatory correspondence
Manufacturer & Principal Liaison
Liaise with manufacturers, principals, and overseas suppliers to obtain required regulatory documentation (e.g. technical files, certificates, declarations)
Coordinate follow-ups with manufacturers to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Support communication between internal teams and external manufacturers on regulatory requirements
Compliance & Documentation Support
Maintain organised regulatory files, product dossiers, and document control records
Assist in reviewing product labelling, packaging, and product information to ensure regulatory compliance
Support internal review of marketing and promotional materials for regulatory alignment
Update regulatory databases, trackers, and compliance logs
Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to gather required regulatory information
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requests when required
Perform ad-hoc regulatory and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interest in regulatory affairs and healthcare compliance
Exposure to or interest in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, supplements, or cosmetics is an advantage
Proficient in spoken and written English
Comfortable using MS Office and document management systems

Willingness to learn regulatory requirements and processes
Responsible, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
