Recruitment Consultant

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Location: Near Tai Seng MRT Station

Salary: SGD 2,400 – 2,800 + incentives

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to deployment

- Source and shortlist suitable candidates for different projects and assignments

- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments independently

- Coordinate and manage candidates’ work schedules and deployments

- Prepare weekly and monthly rostering / manpower planning arrangements

- Liaise closely with clients regarding manpower requirements and operational matters

- Conduct morning calls and shift reminders for deployed candidates

- Follow up on attendance, replacements and deployment issues when required

- Understudy at client sites to understand operations and staffing requirements

- Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets for client and candidate verification

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements

- CEI certification is required

- Prior recruitment / staffing industry experience preferred

- Able to conduct interviews independently

- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

- Responsible, responsive and detail-orientation
