About the Role
Antares Management Services is a growing recruitment and outsourcing firm supporting clients across industries including finance, logistics, automotive, engineering, technology, and corporate functions.
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be involved in both recruitment delivery and business development activities to support the company’s growth.
This is a 360 recruitment role suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building client relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, database searches, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment submissions for clients
Support offer management and onboarding coordination
Business Development & Client Management
Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and business meetings
Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
Support account growth and contribute to revenue targets
Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment processes
Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment workflow and operational efficiency
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification or relevant work experience
CEI certification
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates professionally
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Strong coordination and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
Comfortable working in a dynamic and performance-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment platforms preferred

Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 4,000 (commensurate with experience)
