We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Gym Receptionist to join our fitness center team. The Gym Receptionist will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive at the gym

• Reply messages from social media, and provide information about gym services, membership options, and schedules

• Check members in and out using the gym’s management system

• Handle membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations

• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

• Schedule appointments for personal training or classes

• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and lobby area

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and emailing

• Report any issues or concerns to the gym manager

• Promote gym events, classes, and new services to members

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak english fluently

• South Kuta domicile preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for fitness
