Roles & Responsibilities

Project Cost Management & Claims: Oversee project costs and submit progress and variation claims to track milestones and scope changes.

Procurement & Subcontractor Management: Select contractors and suppliers, and assess payment claims from subcontractors to ensure compliance with project terms.

Contract & Final Account Management: Review contracts for any issues, prepare final accounts, and manage sub-contracts and related correspondence.

Claims & Delays Assistance: Work with the supervisor to prepare claims for time extensions, cost adjustments, and delays, ensuring proper documentation.

Reporting & Meetings: Use internal systems like OA and SAP for progress tracking and attend meetings to provide updates and support as needed.

Other duties as assigned. 

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.

Willing to work 5.5days with alt Saturday (allow to apply WFH for Alt Saturday).

Salary Package:

Monthly Basic Salary: You will receive a competitive monthly basic salary, reflecting your role and experience

Fixed Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): In addition to the monthly salary, you will receive a fixed AWS as part of the overall compensation package, typically paid at the end of the year
