Responsibilities:

Measure and prepare tender documentation and negotiation with contractors

Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor Manager to estimate cost and quantity take-off

Source for quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors, etc.

Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions, etc.

Evaluate and process vendors claims

Prepare monthly progress claims and finalize project accounts

Assist Project Manager in the pre-contact and post-contact of projects

Verification of sub-contractor payment and final account

Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of experience in related field

Familiar with local standards, project implementations & building codes

Good working attitude and team player

Good interpersonal and communication skills

6 Day Work Week (Ability to work beyond normal working hours)
