Responsibilities:

Manage project from design stage & pre-tender to post-contract stages.

Preparation of cost estimates and cashflow.

Preparing tender/contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing cost, estimates and managing cost information.

Handle payment claim, assessment on variation works and finalization of accounts.

To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments.

Take-off quantity for projects.

Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Price comparison and costing summary.

Co-ordinate, set-up, attend, participate, chair (if required) and conduct presentations (if required) in meetings, seminars, workgroup meetings, workshops and discussions as and when requested by the Employer and the Consultants.

Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Good knowledge in SIA Conditions of Contract & PSSCOC.

Able to communicate confidently and work well in a team.

Independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good technical knowledge and well versed in interpretation of drawings.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays - 9.00 am to 6.00pm
