Job description for Quality Control Executive (Cleaning) at Bestway Cleaning Services
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Ensure all cleaning operations strictly follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry standards
Conduct routine and random site inspections to assess cleanliness, hygiene standards, and staff performance
Maintain comprehensive records of inspection results, issues identified, and actions taken
Report service gaps and operational issues promptly to the Resident Manager and Operations Team
Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Identify recurring issues and support continuous process improvements to enhance cleaning quality
Assist in reviewing and updating SOPs as needed
Provide on-the-ground support during audits or client site visits
Recommend and coordinate retraining sessions for cleaning staff when quality standards are not met
Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new cleaning personnel, focusing on quality standards
Investigate and document customer complaints, determine root causes, and recommend resolutions
Track and analyze trends in inspection data to propose improvements and reduce non-conformance rates
Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment as per standards
Support the evaluation and implementation of new cleaning tools, products, or technologies
Foster a culture of accountability and excellence in cleaning performance across all teams
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong observational, reporting, and analytical skills
Bilingual preferred (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse teams
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
