JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performing comprehensive inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to verify compliance with established quality standards

Conducting various tests and measurements to assess product performance, functionality, and reliability

Identifying and documenting any quality issues or non-conformances, and collaborating with the team to implement corrective actions

Maintaining detailed records and reports on the inspection and testing activities

Providing feedback and recommendations to management on process improvements and quality control measures

Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality control policies, procedures, and industry regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and best practices

Proficiency in operating various inspection and testing equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Candidate is required to support overtime and available for rotating shifts.

Relevant certifications or training in quality control, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma, would be an advantage

Candidate with Zeiss CMM experience is added advantage.
