Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled QA/QC MEP Engineer with proficiency in Mandarin to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations meet the highest quality standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations. You will also serve as a key communication bridge between our local technical teams and Chinese-speaking management/stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections for all MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing), especialy for fire protection system.

Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with the Approved Shop Drawings, project specifications, and local standards (SNI/NFPA).

Identify site non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and monitor corrective actions.

Preferably able to speak Mandarin

Technical Translation: Assist in technical discussions and coordination meetings between local staff and Chinese expatriate engineers/management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum [Insert years, e.g., 3-5] years of experience as a QC MEP Engineer in high-rise buildings, industrial plants, or Data Center projects.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory. Professional working proficiency in English is also required.

Strong knowledge of MEP quality standards and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Holding a valid professional certification (SKA/SKK) is a significant advantage.

Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
