Job Description

·        Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing precision parts to ensure quality standards are met.

·        Able to read 2D drawings.

·        Identify and address defects at an early stage

·        Some Knowledge of FAI (FirstArticle Inspection). Others like PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and 8D problem-solving methodologies advantage.

·        Ensure all goods consistently meet required quality standards

·        Basic knowledge in the use ofmeasurement tools such as micrometres, vernier callipers, bore gauges, etc

·        Maintain accurate and detailedrecords of inspection data and test results

·        Contribute to the development and improvement of inspection procedures and quality control processes

·        Help build a team culture that values quality and accountability part of the everyday mindset, both in the team and in the company

·        Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement
·        At least GCE ‘O’ Levels orequivalent

·        At least 1 year of industrial experiences

·        Good in Microsoft Excel e.g. basic formula

·        Good communication skills and passion in learning

·        Knowledge of SPC tools.

·        Know how to use computer and email for communications.

·        English literacy a must.
