Responsibilities:

Ensure internal processes and operations comply with the company’s quality assurance standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Conduct testing, inspection, and documentation activities, including the preparation of Certificates of Conformance (COC)

Prepare and coordinate internal and external Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports

Prepare product samples and related documentation for customer submissions

Perform incoming inspection and testing of raw materials and components

Carry out in-process line inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure product quality and compliance

Generate and maintain quality reports, records, and related documentation

Support ISO implementation, maintenance, audits, and document control activities

Participate in quality improvement projects and perform additional duties assigned by management

Requirements:

Relevant working experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Control environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity

Hands-on experience in ISO implementation, maintenance, and document control will be an added advantage

Able to understand and interpret technical specifications and mathematical concepts

Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills

Strong analytical and report writing abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
