We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join the team working on an-ongoing Sewerage upgrading projects across Western and North Singapore. This is an on-site role based at the site office around Bukit Batok area, working alongside the Project Manager in managing public relations matters Jacobs's role is The Client's Representative for contract supervision works.

Responsibilities include reaching out, engaging, educating, and liaising with the property owners, occupiers, and residents on all matters relating to the programme; and liaising with the Contractor's Public Relations Officers to develop, coordinate, and supervise the Public Relations Programme for the project.

Here's what you'll need

To be a successful candidate, you shall hold a Diploma in Mass Communication or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the public relations field; and have the experience in managing stakeholders during project construction phases to achieve positive outcomes.
