Job description for Project Manager at Lincotrade & Associates Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, control, execute and closeprojects within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
- To supervise a crew of carpenters in achievingproduction targets to meet project deadline.
- Perform quality check and ensure furniture arefabricated accordingly to construction drawing.
- Review drawings, design notes, and criticalspecifications.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, monitor andreport of project progress.
- Liaise and coordinate with related parties(e.g., authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.) through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and deliveryschedule.
- Supervision at project site to ensure smoothoperations.
- Ensure that staff and contractors carry out workin a safe manner.
- Monitor daily progress at project site.
- Report to management team on project status.
- Ensure up to date claims, obtaining approval forvariations order and prepare for billing.
- Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledgepreferred
- At least 5 to 10 Year(s) of working experiencein the related field is required for this position
- Good team player and able to work independentlywith minimal supervision
- Able to start work within short notice
