Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for following up on projects to ensure they are carried out according to company plans. Organize project meetings, update project progress, track issues, and ensure timely closure. Coordinate with relevant departments to complete project tasks.

Equipment Selection, Procurement, and Allocation:

Determine the specifications of required equipment based on production line requirements. Coordinate with the procurement department to complete equipment purchasing. Follow up on equipment allocation and customs clearance to ensure smooth delivery to the receiving party.

Overseas Technical Coordination:

Liaise with overseas colleagues to understand the facilities of overseas factories and coordinate with the equipment department for layout planning. Provide necessary documentation and technical requirements for factory-related licenses. Provide technical specifications for products and packaging materials.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time) in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or Chemistry.

* At least 2 years of project management experience; experience in the daily chemical industry is preferred.

* Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and planning skills. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

* Proficiency in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese as working languages.
