Job description for Project Management Officer at LanceSoft, Inc.

Job Responsibilities Support project planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring activities to ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved. Prepare and maintain project documentation including project timelines, Gantt charts, Kanban boards, project roadmaps, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, identify risks or blockers, and support issue resolution. Assist in managing project activities across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables. Support project governance processes, task tracking, and resource coordination using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Office. Participate in project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and operational discussions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing project management practices. Support large-scale team collaboration and ensure alignment across project stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Engineering, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination, Business Analyst, or related roles. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JIRA. Experience creating Gantt Charts, Kanban boards, project timelines, and roadmaps. Experience working with large cross-functional teams is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership potential. Critical thinker with a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn. Additional Information Level: Junior to Middle Level Employment Type: Contract (minimum 6 months with 3 months probation period) Expected Joining: ASAP
