We're seeking a hands-on professional to oversee end-to-end project logistics execution while also supporting digital transformation initiatives. Step into a role where logistics meets innovation. Your Role
To execute and support the operational delivery of complex project logistics movements (OOG, breakbulk, heavy-lift) while playing a key role in implementing digital solutions and technologies to improve operational efficiency, visibility, and compliance. Your Responsibilities
Your Skills and Experiences
- Responsible for correct & timely entry of all data in KN System and Client System as contractually agreed.
- Work proactively with the Project Logistics users and provide them with.
- Up-to-date operational system.
- Monitoring and providing visibility of data quality to operational.
- Ensure all 3rd party suppliers work within the guidelines and comply working instruction for cargo handling.
- Education: Bachelor’s any major preferable in IT or System Information.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics preferable handle system operation.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated logistics service & freight forwarding service.
- Familiar with tracking system.
- Must be able to implement a KN System & Client System.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and address with 3rd party suppliers.
- Attention to detail
- Language: Proficiency in English
- Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
