Job Description

We are an established Interior Fit-Out Main Contractor specializing in commercial office projects in Singapore. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and committed Project Executive to support the coordination and execution of interior fit-out projects from commencement to completion.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, building management, and internal site teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

·         Assist in managing assigned interior fit-out projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

·         Coordinate project workflow between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project/site teams.

·         Coordinate with nominated vendors, MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and building management for project execution and site coordination.

·         Review drawings, site conditions, and project requirements prior to commencement of works.

·         Coordinate and ensure site works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

·         Prepare and monitor project schedules, work progress, manpower arrangements, and material deliveries.

·         Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed according to schedule and project requirements.

·         Liaise with building management and consultants for approvals, inspections, work permits, and project related coordination matters.

·         Apply for Permit to Work (PTW) and prepare supporting WSH documentation including Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP), when required.

·         Attend project meetings, site inspections, and coordination meetings as required.

·         Track project progress and provide regular updates/reports to management and clients.

·         Coordinate variation works, site changes, and technical/site issues during project execution.

·         Ensure proper housekeeping, safety compliance, and minimal disruption in live office working environments.

·         Assist in project handover, rectification works, and close-out activities.

·         Perform project-related administrative and documentation duties as assigned.

Requirements

·         Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Project Management, or related disciplines preferred.

·         Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries preferred.

·         Experience in commercial office interior fit-out/main contractor environment will be an added advantage.

·         Familiarity with site coordination, subcontractor management, and project execution processes.

·         Basic understanding of WSH requirements, PTW procedures, and site safety practices preferred.

·         Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·         Good communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

·         Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

·         Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

·         Candidates with higher experience may be considered for senior positions.
