(a)  To report and assist Project Manager on project functions including but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals;

(b)  To assist Project Manager in project planning, implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance to the master and detailed work program;

(c)  To prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, progress reports etc;

(d)  To assist in tender preparations and technical submissions;

(e)  To coordinate and supervise a team of sub-contractors and supervisors of smooth execution of works under the contracts;

(f)   To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications/bills of quantities, construction drawings, company’s quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices and all other contract document;

(g)  To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant authorities, consultant, sub-contractors, suppliers etc on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation;

(h)  To liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site. To assist Finance department in verifying progress payments and claims from contractors;

(i)  To ensure performance complies with contract specifications and quality requirements but does not exceed its contractual requirements;

(j)  To establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications;

(k) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

REQUIREMENTS

a)        Preferably experience in road maintenance.

b)        Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board

c)         Preferably 3 years of working experience in general construction related industry.

d)        Independent and can work under tight schedule.

e)        Possess a Class 3 driving license, owned vehicle is preferred.

f)          Confident, reliable, diligent and responsible
