Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to support smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, site progress, and deliverables, and follow up on pending items.
Prepare quotations, work schedules, reports, and project-related documentation.
Arrange manpower, materials, and logistics for project installation or delivery.
Attend site visits when required to support coordination and communication.
Track project costs, variations, and any issues that may affect the timeline or quality.
Ensure proper handover from sales to operations and from project completion to after-sales service.
Maintain accurate records of project status, customer requests, and communication.
Support management with administrative and coordination tasks related to project operations.
Job Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Engineering, Building, Construction, or related field.
Relevant experience in project coordination, operations coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
Able to work independently and follow up closely on tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email communication.
Experience in renovation, construction, engineering, or home improvement industry is an advantage.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to attend site visits when needed.
Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage, but not compulsory.
