What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements
Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, such as reports, contracts, and invoices
Assisting with the coordination of project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any administrative issues
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or project support role, preferably within the construction industry
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
