Job description for Project Admin Assistant (3 months contract) at N & T Engineering Enterprise (Pte) Ltd
Responsibilities
· Perform data entry for resource deployment on various projects
· Support in administrative duties and ensure proper filing of project documentation
· Manning of Company’s administration (key register list, store inventory list, insurance list, inventory list, equipment list, vehicle list etc)
· Manning of helpdesk phone
· Liaising or sourcing of vendors or suppliers for information
· Prepare letters, memos, invoices, and purchase orders
· Handling of Safety & ISO documentation
· Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned
Requirements
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels /NITEC/Diploma and above
· Proficient in MS office applications
