- Experience in stamping processes is highly preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and continuous improvement

- Able to work under pressure and meet production targets

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity

- Monitor and improve production processes and output quality

- Lead, supervise, and develop the production team

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

- Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational goals
