Procurement Duties:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and perform price comparisons
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries
- Liaise with vendors on pricing, lead time, and product specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier database
- Ensure cost control and adherence to company procurement policies
Administrative Duties:
- Handle general administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & digital)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics
- Manage office supplies and equipment procurement
- Support HR and Finance with basic administrative coordination
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal documents
