Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day print production (operate printers/small machines, manage print files, QC).

Serve walk-in customers and respond to WhatsApp/email enquiries.

Advise customers on materials, finishes, and design adjustments.

Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Maintain inventory of materials and keep the workspace organised.

Troubleshoot basic print/production issues when they arise.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in printing, graphic production, or customer service.

Basic knowledge of design/print file formats (PDF, AI, PSD).

Good communication skills; must be confident dealing with customers.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Willing to learn new machines and processes.
