About the role

Are you passionate about shaping the minds of young children? As a Preschool Teacher at soon to be open MindChamps Preschool @ Redhill, you'll play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for early childhood development. This full-time position is based in Redhill, Central Region, where you'll utilise your expertise to create a positive and enriching experience for our students.

What you'll be doing

Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration

Observe and assess children's progress, providing individualised support and feedback to promote their development

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a unified approach to each child's education and wellbeing

Demonstrates warm, positive, nurturing, and respectful interactions with children

What we're looking for

Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)

Creative and inspiring with loving energy

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Be familiar with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals

Knowledge in educational development
