Job description for Pre-Sales Solution Consultant at ITAPPS Ltd

We are currently looking for a young, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to involved in Pre-Sales Solution Consultant and possibly some Post Sales implementation activities. He/She will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology stages of the pre-sales process and be key technical advisor and product advocate for ITApps products and services.

We value self-starters, with the ability to work independently, but cooperatively and enthusiastically, in what is still a start-up environment. You must have strong track record of success and enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment.

Note: This is a technical role.


Roles and Responsibility:

"Solutioning" is fundamental to this role. It is important to realize that a component of the responsibilities will include assisting the customer, Sales and Professional Services team with the discovery, analysis and ultimately the recommendation of strategic solutions for the customer by delivering transformational pitches based in live product demonstrations to validate.

Discover the customer's business needs and position the best solution to achieve those business objectives.

Build and present customized solutions and demonstrations focused on ITApps own portfolios of products to multiple customer personas showing how ITApps will accelerate their business strategies and a path to value.

Convey a deep understanding of the customer's architecture as it pertains to ITApps solutions. Orchestrate and lead cross-functional solutions guides, and align them to the opportunity strategy working with products principal in providing solutions.

Develop and deliver the story of the customer experience aided by ITApps portfolios of customer experience (CX) technologies.

Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position.

Communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials.

Technical proposal writing for RFI/RFQ/RFP for customers.

Conduct solution presentation, demonstration, and proof of concepts (POC).


Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience required. (Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, work experience, etc.)

Your previous experience of at least 3 years and above developed your expertise in pre-sales, technical sales or similar roles.

Working experience in platform or technology like Contact Center, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbot, VoiceBot, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be added advantage.

Have strong knowledge and experience with cloud software offerings (SaaS) and preferably cloud contact centre offerings (CCaaS).

Have experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and technologies.

Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST APIs.

Product experience from Genesys, NICE, Cognigy, Salesforce, and AWS Connect will be added advantage.

To be successful you must be a self-starter who can proactively engage with various stakeholders to drive success, while working towards a collective team goal.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.

Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.

Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.

You take proactive and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs).

You can present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.

You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push own limits.

You prefer collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Proficient English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin communication skills, verbal and written.
