Key Responsibilities:

Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on forecasts and customer orders

Monitor and control production progress to meet schedules

Plan material requirements (MRP) and ensure availability of raw materials

Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and quality control teams

Manage and monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods

Analyze production capacity and evaluate process efficiency

Prepare regular reports on production and inventory performance

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a PPIC role, preferably in a manufacturing or furniture industry

Solid understanding of PPIC, MRP, and supply chain concepts

Proficient in using ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines

Strong analytical and communication skills

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience in the toy or furniture manufacturing industry

Familiarity with systems like Accurate, SAP, or other ERP tools

Knowledge of toy safety standards (e.g., SNI, ASTM, EN71)
