Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, accustomed to working with targets.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and manage a team effectively.
• Wide business network and willingness to travel when required.
• Proficient in sales/digital tools and CRM systems (added advantage).
